15th Annual National Peer Program Conference in Orange Beach
ThriveWay, in partnership with the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation, is proud to announce the 15th Annual National Peer Program Conference, set to take place in two sessions February 10–13, 2026, at the beautiful Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Ala.
The National Peer Program Conference brings together educators, school administrators, counselors, social workers, and district leaders from across Alabama and the nation for a unique blend of professional development, learning, and rejuvenation. Held along the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, the conference provides an opportunity to grow professionally while also prioritizing personal well-being.
Guided by the theme “Nurture. Educate. Rejuvenate.”, the conference focuses on improving K–12 school climate and culture through a blended agenda of sessions addressing student mental health, behavior support, peer-to-peer early intervention, and educator wellness.
Participants can choose between two conference sessions:

Session topics will include mental health, substance abuse prevention, trauma response, educator burnout, and peer-based support strategies.
